Marked by nature. Made to belong.

The Cairnwood Tiny Home Collection

A smaller footprint. A fuller mountain life.

Cairnwood is partnering with Menlo-based River Ridge Escapes to develop a curated collection led by double-unit concepts—more ground-level room for full-time living, paired with generous outdoor space and the contours of each setting.

Four double-unit concepts are now presented for evaluation. Final model names, dimensions, specifications, package pricing, approval, availability, and release timing remain subject to confirmation.

Tiny-home direction

Smaller by design. Richer in connection.

Double-unit concepts now lead the collection, adding full-size bedrooms, useful storage, and more ground-level living. Covered outdoor rooms, charcoal metal, natural wood, stone accents, and native planting will help every selected home settle quietly into the site.
