You found the right place.
The mountain-and-lake property previously marketed as The Lakeside, Lakeside at Canyon Oak, and The Lakeside at Canyon Oaks is now being reimagined as Cairnwood, a proposed premium tiny-home community.
A new name for the same setting
From The Lakeside to Cairnwood.
Earlier roadside signs, listings, printed materials, and web pages may still use The Lakeside or Lakeside at Canyon Oak. Those names refer to the property now presented as Cairnwood near Mentone, Alabama.
The Cairnwood name reflects the property’s mountain contours, woodland canopy, and water. CairnwoodLiving.com is the current destination for authentic property media, the preliminary plan, the proposed tiny-home direction, development information, and owner-verified inquiry responses.
Older pricing, traditional house plans, lot descriptions, maps, and availability should not be relied upon. Request current information before making a decision or planning a visit.
