Is the property plan final?
No. The plan shown is preliminary and remains subject to survey, engineering, approvals, recordation, and change. It should not be used for final boundaries, dimensions, acreage, or construction decisions.
How many lots are shown?
The current preliminary plan depicts 75 numbered lots. This is not a representation of the final recorded lot count, configuration, release status, or availability.
Are prices or availability shown?
Yes. Available homesites show preliminary acreage, price-per-acre tier, regular calculated price, and a 10% promotional price through December 31, 2026. Reserved and under-contract homesites do not display pricing. Availability requires current confirmation.
What is included with a homesite purchase?
The published lot price includes necessary soil testing, and closing costs are covered by the seller subject to the purchase agreement. Request current written terms for the specific homesite before relying on these inclusions.
Are the buildings and shared places shown already constructed?
No, unless an image is expressly labeled as an actual property photograph or existing condition. Renderings are conceptual and do not promise final design, location, approval, timing, or construction.
What should I know about building?
The architecture and site-planning materials express a direction rather than an approved home program. Siting, design review, utilities, roads, permitting, and construction requirements must be confirmed for the specific homesite.
What lake use or access is included?
None should be inferred from photography, maps, or earlier marketing. Ownership, access, and use rights must be confirmed through current owner-approved and recorded information.
Are governing documents available?
Only current, recorded, and owner-approved documents should be relied upon. Request the latest status and any documents authorized for public sharing.
What about rentals?
The website does not represent that rental use is permitted. Any rules or restrictions must be confirmed through current governing documents and applicable requirements.
Can I visit?
Yes, by advance arrangement. The team will provide current access instructions and help plan a private property visit.
