Proposed compact-home program
The double-unit and single-unit concepts shown on this website are preliminary. Home models, manufacturers, dimensions, floor plans, foundations, specifications, placement standards, package pricing, availability, approvals, and release dates remain under development. Nothing on this website authorizes a buyer-supplied home or represents a final construction commitment.
River Ridge Escapes partnership
River Ridge Escapes model names, general size ranges, showroom information, product descriptions, inventory, and pricing are provided for orientation and may change without notice. Photo-based Cairnwood site studies begin with dealer photographs of the homes, while the foundations, landscaping, gravel courts, firepits, hot tubs, and surrounding settings are conceptual enhancements—not completed construction. Placement, grading, utilities, safety clearances, site work, specifications, approvals, permitting, and costs remain subject to lot-specific review and written confirmation. No dealer model is represented as approved for a Cairnwood homesite until confirmed in writing.
Planned Skyline estate phase
Five traditional stick-built home concepts, together with their floor plans, architectural drawings, renderings, research, and presentation work, are preserved for the planned later estate-lot phase at Skyline. They are separate from Cairnwood’s current 75-lot tiny-home offering. Preservation for a later phase does not mean the plans are currently released, approved, priced, available, or ready for construction, and the concepts may evolve before that phase begins.

Published prices are for homesites only and do not include a tiny home unless a future written offer expressly states otherwise. Pricing, lot status, release timing, and availability require current owner confirmation. Historical documents or marketing should not be relied upon as current.
