The vision begins with a simple principle: community space should support connection without turning Cairnwood into a programmed resort. The wooded island and a separate reserved area beside it are being evaluated for future gathering, landscape, and water-oriented amenities.
Lot 6 is a saleable homesite and is not part of the proposed amenity area. All amenity ideas remain conceptual, subject to approvals, and are not yet constructed.
